I want to state that Kitty Chaung is one outstanding realtor. She is completely detail orientated!

Kitty told the landscaper exactl y what she wanted for "Curb Appeal" and was there when they arrived to make sure they got it right.

Painters for outside appeal and gutter repair, Flooring contractor to sand and oil the hardwood floors, Plumber for new fixtures and lighting for a "Nice Pop.# At each step she was there to monitor them, and make sure I wasn't dealing with them only by myself. Again, She is very detail orientated !

Kitty researched my clear title to the property, (it was a second generation family trust). She also verified the prospective buyer's financial ability to purchase my home. No details were overlooked.

She scheduled the Home Inspection, and Bank Inspection, again no details overlooked. Before showing the house, Kitty used many of her own items for the staging and then went room by room for a truly professional video presentation.

One of the "Biggest National Realtors" wanted to offer my home for a "Realistic" price to get some action. Kitty put it on the market for $100,000 Higher and within 4 days got me an offer for 10k above that, ($724/square foot)!!! This Lady REALLY knows the market!!!

She not only sold my Home for 1% commission (Asante Real Estate,)but negotiated the buyer's realtor to accept 1% also. This will NOT happen every time but it sure worked for me !!!

Bottom Line: I have been a Professional in Sales & Marketing for over 40 years, Kitty is a Good gal to have in Your corner.
